For any goods damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your freight by email help@discountclothingoutlet.com.au.
Refund Policy
If you have made your purchase online, you can lodge a Return Request by emailing help@discountclothingoutlet.com.au The following clothing and accessories will not be accepted for return:
- Clothing with sizes ordered incorrectly by the customer (please contact us about this though, if the product is a good seller we will accept returns)
- Clothing or accessories in the wrong colour.
If your application is approved for return:
- Items must be returned in the original and undamaged, manufacturer’s packaging;
- Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition;
- Items to be returned to Discount Clothing Outlet. PO Box 648, Round Corner. NSW. 2158. within 14 Working days.
In all cases approval must be given by Discount Clothing Outlet. Freight charges incurred in returning goods to Discount Clothing Outlet will be at the customer’s expense.

To cancel or change your order please email help@discountclothingoutlet.com.au straight away and notify us of the order number.
Freight/Shipping
Discount Clothing Outlet does not ship goods to any countries outside Australia and New Zealand. Items will be dispatched by the chosen method within 48 business hours unless otherwise notified by phone or email.
